Sign in with the email you used to order and you'll see every order, its shipping status and tracking links. No password needed: we email you a one-time code.
Find your tracking link
- Look for our shipping confirmation email. It has a "Track your shipment" button.
- Check spam or promotions folders, or search for "Learning Headphones".
- Or sign in with View my orders above.
Ordered with a purchase order?
- Shipping emails go to the email on the PO, which is often your purchasing or business office.
- Ask them for the tracking link, or contact us with your PO number.
Large or classroom orders
- Big orders may ship in several boxes, sometimes on different days.
- Each box can have its own tracking number.
