100 LH-50 single mono earbuds with a 3.5mm mono plug, each in its own bag, for one-ear listening from mono audio sources such as assistive listening receivers, interpretation and tour-guide receivers, scanners and radios. Each earbud is a low-cost, one-per-person option, so you can hand them out at an event and let people keep them instead of collecting and cleaning shared earpieces.

Where a mono earbud makes sense
- Assistive listening systems. Spare or take-home earbuds for FM or infrared receivers that have a 3.5mm mono earphone jack, in auditoriums, board rooms, theaters and places of worship.
- Interpretation and multilingual events. One earbud per family at parent-teacher conferences, school board meetings, multilingual family nights and assemblies, used with your interpretation receivers.
- Tour-guide systems. Field trips, campus tours and museum visits where each visitor gets their own earbud.
- Radios and scanners. Receive-only listening on devices with a 3.5mm mono earphone jack, keeping the other ear free.
Check your device first
This earbud is built for mono outputs. In a stereo jack, such as on a Chromebook, laptop, tablet or phone, a mono plug plays only one side of a stereo signal, so it is not a replacement for stereo student earbuds. For lessons and online testing on student devices, choose stereo LH-120 school earbuds or the Essential Classroom Earbuds 100 Pack. Most receivers list their earphone jack size and type in the manual; please test one earbud with your equipment before a large rollout. Some 2.5mm radio jacks need an adapter.
Why choose these
- Low cost per person. At under $1 each, they are practical to give away, compared with name-brand single mono earbuds that commonly sell for $15 to $28 each.
- Individually bagged. Each earbud comes in its own bag, so it is ready to hand out and every guest gets their own, with no sharing between users.
- Comfortable, secure fit. A soft silicone tip sits in the ear, and the single-ear design keeps the other ear open to the room.

Common questions
Will it work with our assistive listening receivers?
It works with receivers that have a 3.5mm mono earphone jack, which many FM and infrared receivers do. Check your receiver's manual or test one earbud before ordering more.
Can students use these on Chromebooks?
They will play one channel of the audio, but they are not designed for it. For student devices, choose stereo school earbuds.
Are they individually packaged?
Yes. Each earbud comes in its own bag.
Does it have a microphone?
No. It is listening only.
How many are available?
