- Organization name and purchase order number.
- Contact name, email, and phone number.
- Billing and delivery addresses.
- Product names or item numbers, quantities, and agreed pricing.
- Quote number, if you have one.
- Applicable tax exemption certificate and any vendor forms.

Eligibility & payment terms
We accept POs from schools, districts, universities, healthcare organizations, libraries, community programs, government agencies, and approved businesses.
First-time PO customers complete business verification before an account is established. Approved accounts use Net 30 terms. Payment can be made by check or approved institutional methods.
If your organization has a different purchasing requirement, contact our team before submitting your order.
Tax exemption documents
Send your exemption certificate with your PO by email or fax. Our team can review the documentation for your order.
Include the organization name used on the PO so we can connect the paperwork to the correct request.
