All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders below $200, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • For orders that will total $200 or more will be eligible for Free Shipping.Free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States.

Ship in 5-7 business days after order has been processed (Processing is 24 to 48 hours)

Note: As of the moment, we do not ship to Canada.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@learningheadphones.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Prior to returning any products purchased at LearningHeadphones.com, you must contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is required for all returns. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Any returns that are not in its original packaging, tampered with, and/or not in a resalable condition will void the refund.
