We ship classroom-ready headphones, headsets, earbuds, and audio systems nationwide. Here’s what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Most orders ship Within 24–72 hours after being placed, based on availability and vendor processing.
Free shipping Orders $200+ ship free within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders under $200 Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
Tracking Sent via email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Canada / International We do not ship to Canada at this time.

1) Processing time

All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During processing we verify order details, check inventory, and prepare items for shipment.

Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or high order volumes, but we work hard to move classroom orders quickly.

2) When your order ships

We strive for fast order shipping. Most orders ship within 24–72 hours after being placed. Timing can vary depending on product availability, vendor processing, and order volume.

If an item is temporarily delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery timing (when available) is shown at checkout.

3) How much is shipping?

  • For orders below $200, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for Free Shipping in the 48 contiguous United States.

4) Domestic shipping rates & estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: As of now, we do not ship to Canada.

5) How to check your order status

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at customercare@learningheadphones.com with your name and order number and we’ll look into it right away.

6) Refunds, returns & exchanges (summary)

Prior to returning any products purchased at LearningHeadphones.com, you must contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is required for all returns.

  • Returns without a RAN will be refused.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be in original packaging, untampered, and resalable.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will void the refund.
