Returns, RANs, Damage Claims & Warranty

We’re here to make returns straightforward and fair. Please read the steps below so we can help quickly.

Returns

Before returning any products purchased at LearningHeadphones.com, you must contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is required for all returns. Any returns received without a RAN will be refused.

  • 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, untampered, and in resalable condition.
  • Items not in original packaging, altered, or not resalable will void the refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus outgoing shipping cost and restocking fee.
Important: Please contact us first so we can issue a RAN and provide return instructions for your specific item(s).

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

To receive a RAN, please call our Customer Service department at 1-888-294-1032. RAN numbers expire in 30 days.

Defective items

  • Customer Service must be notified of any faulty unit.
  • A RAN is required for defective returns as well.
  • Items received within 30 days may or may not be replaced — it is the manufacturer’s discretion to repair or replace.
  • Items with markings, engraving, or alterations will be repaired only under warranty (not replaced).
  • If an item is returned and found not defective and in perfect working condition, the warranty is void.

Damage Claims / Shortages

Please notify Customer Service within five (5) days of receiving goods for any damage or shortages. Notification must be made within five days — no exceptions.

Invalid / incorrect shipping addresses

Orders received with an invalid or incorrect shipping address are subject to a $23.50 fee per carton.

Warranty

Warranty begins from the date the item is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Metal carts: Limited Lifetime Warranty
  • Electrical items: 1 year from date of shipment
  • Most other products: 1 year from date of shipment

Restock rate (non-defective products)

  • 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Product must be received in perfect condition and original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
