Before returning any products purchased at, you must contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is required for all returns. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Any returns that are not in its original packaging, tampered with, and not in a resalable condition will void the refund. The customer is responsible for returned shipping expenses. Once the product is received back, we will credit your original payment method minus the outgoing shipping cost.

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

To receive a RAN, please call our Customer Service department at 888-294-1032. RA numbers expire in 30 days. Defective Items Customer Service must be notified of a faulty unit. A Return Authorization Number will be needed for any returns. Items received within 30 days may or may not be replaced. It is the manufacturer’s discretion to either replace or repair the issue. If the things have markings, engraved or altered, they will only be repaired under warranty. If an item is returned and found not to be defective and in perfect working condition, the warranty will be VOID.

Damage Claims/Shortages

Please notify customer service at within five days of receipt of goods for any damage or shortages. Notification must be made within five days, with no exceptions. Invalid/Incorrect Shipping Address Orders received with an invalid or incorrect shipping address are subject to a $23.50 fee per carton.


Terms Warranty begins from the date the item is shipped from our warehouse. Metal Carts limited Lifetime Warranty. Electrical one year. Most other products are one year from the date of shipment. Restock Rate, Non-Defective Products. There is a 15% restock charge. The product must be received in perfect condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for returned shipping expenses.
