RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Prior to returning any products purchased at LearningHeadphones.com, you must contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is required for all returns. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Any returns that are not in its original packaging, tampered with, and/or not in resalable condition will void the refund. Customer is responsible for returned shipping expenses.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN)
To receive a RAN, please call our Customer Service department at 888-294-1032. RA numbers expire in 30 days. Defective Items Customer Service must be notified of a defective unit. A Return Authorization Number will be needed for any returns. Items received within 30 days may or may not be replaced. It is the manufacturer’s discretion to either replace or repair the item. If the items has markings, engraved or altered they will only be repaired under warranty. If an item is returned and found not to be defective and in perfect working condition the warranty will be VOID.
DAMAGE CLAIMS/SHORTAGES
Please notify customer service at LearningHeadphones.com within 5 days of receipt of goods for any damage or shortages. Notification must be made within 5 days, no exceptions. Invalid/Incorrect Shipping Address Orders received with an invalid or incorrect shipping address are subject to a $23.50 fee per carton.
WARRANTY
Terms Warranty begins from the date the item is shipped from our warehouse. Metal Carts limited Lifetime Warranty. Electrical 1 year. Most other products are 1 year from date of shipment. Restock Rate, Non Defective Products, there is a 15% restock charge. Product must be received in perfect condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for returned shipping expenses.
