Match the connection
Check your device’s audio port, then confirm the product supports it. TWT models offer different 3.5mm, USB-A, USB-C, and wireless options. A USB-C charging port does not necessarily carry audio.
Decide if students need a microphone
Headphones cover listening. For speaking, recording, or communication, choose a model with a microphone and check that both audio and microphone work through your chosen connection.
Plan your classroom quantity
Count the headsets needed for each classroom, cart, or location. Check whether the listing is a single unit or a pack, or request a quote for help planning a larger order.

Which TWT Audio series should we start with?
For everyday classroom use, LITE offers on-ear headphones and headsets, and ERGO focuses on lightweight comfort for long lessons. DURO is built for busy classrooms that are hard on equipment. REVO is the over-ear range, designed with comfort and serviceability in mind. VICTORY covers gaming headsets for esports and team communication.
Do all TWT Audio models include a microphone?
No. The range includes listening-only headphones and models with microphones. Check the individual product description for microphone type and how it works with the device connection you plan to use.
Which connection should I choose for our classroom devices?
Start with the ports on your actual device model. Check the selected product’s connection and compatibility details, including microphone support if students need to speak or record. If you are unsure, include your device model when requesting a quote.
Can we replace cables or parts?
Yes, for supported models. We stock the TWT Audio REVO TW-RC1 3.5mm TRRS replacement cable and the TW-BC1 BreakAway adapter, so a damaged cable doesn’t mean replacing the whole headset. Check each product’s details for which parts it accepts.
How do I order the right number for a classroom?
For a single-unit listing, the order quantity is the number of units you want. For a pack listing, multiply the packs ordered by the units included per pack. For example, three 10-packs contain 30 headsets. Check the specific listing before adding to your cart.
Can our school request a quote or use a purchase order?
