Plan middle school listening and speaking

Match fit to students

Compare headband adjustment, earcup size, cushion material, and microphone reach. Trial fit with the students who will use the equipment.

Check both audio paths

Match 3.5mm TRRS, USB-A, or USB-C to your devices and test playback plus recording. Confirm app permissions and the selected microphone input.

Plan shared-use routines

Check the exact model's care instructions, cable handling, storage needs, and included quantity. Count spares separately when planning a class set.

Middle School Headsets questions

Are headphones enough for language recording?

Listening-only headphones do not supply a microphone. Choose a headset and confirm the microphone works in the language application.

Can the same headset work across our Chromebook models?

Possibly, but check the ports and supported audio functions on each model. Test the selected connection and microphone with every device type in the rollout.

Are all these headsets approved for student assessments?

No collection-wide approval is implied. Review your assessment provider's current equipment rules and complete its device and microphone checks.

Can our school request a quote or use a purchase order?

Yes. Share your preferred models, quantities, device details, and purchasing requirements through our Request a Quote page. School purchase orders are subject to verification and approval.

Plan your complete setup

For grades 6–8, connection, fit, and microphone usability matter more than a grade label alone. Compare headset packs for group quantities, or middle school headphones when activities require listening only.
