Each TW210 uses a single 3.5 mm TRRS combination headset connection for stereo playback and microphone input. A headphone-only output may not support the microphone. Computers with separate audio and microphone ports need a correctly matched adapter. USB-A and USB-C ports do not accept this plug directly. Confirm software settings and test one headset in your assessment environment.
