Listening, speaking and noise control
- Speech pickup: a semi-rigid, rotating boom positions the noise-canceling microphone for left- or right-side use. This is not an active noise-canceling earphone claim.
- Fit: padded headband and leatherette ear cushion leave the other ear uncovered.
- Two-device pairing: supports connection to two Bluetooth devices; this does not promise mixing two audio streams.
- Controls: volume and supported call functions are on the headset. The manufacturer limits hardware microphone-mute support to mobile phones; use your meeting app’s mute control on computers.
Check your devices and applications
Confirm your device supports Bluetooth headset input and output, permits pairing under school policy, and lets your required app select the headset microphone. Test listening and a voice recording on your exact setup before a class rollout. For assessments, confirm whether wireless equipment is allowed.
Use your computer’s suitable Bluetooth support or the included USB Bluetooth dongle. Confirm driver support, USB port fit and managed-device permissions with your IT team. The charging cable is for charging; it is not a wired USB audio connection.
The manual specifies HFP/HSP headset calling profiles. Do not assume full-bandwidth stereo music or the same playback quality while the microphone is active. Check the sound in the actual calling or learning app.

What arrives and how to plan charging
One WNC-2100 headset, USB Bluetooth dongle, charging cable and carry case. The dongle is an included accessory; its Bluetooth version and appearance should not be confused with the headset specification. An AC wall power supply is not included.
Order quantity counts individual headsets, not classroom packs. Charge before use and plan a charging routine between sessions. Published battery figures are manufacturer ratings; volume, settings, battery age and use affect actual time.
Warranty and care

Keep the headset dry, turn it off for storage and protect it in the carry case. Avoid extreme temperatures and long periods without charging. Follow the model’s manual for care.
Common buying questions
Does the microphone-mute button work in every app?
No. Andrea’s manual limits that button’s microphone-mute function to mobile phones. On a computer, use and test the meeting or learning app’s mute control.
Does a newer dongle upgrade the headset’s Bluetooth version?
No. The radio and supported profiles in the headset remain those of the headset. Confirm the complete setup with your IT team.
Is pairing enough to confirm assessment compatibility?
No. Confirm wireless-permission rules, microphone input and playback in the required assessment software before purchasing for a test session.
